Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlipperHelper mobile application ("App") operated by Oleksandr Prudnikov ("we", "us", or "our"), a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

FlipperHelper is a personal inventory management application designed for individuals who buy and sell items at markets, car boot sales, and similar venues. The App allows you to:

• Track purchases with photos, prices, and source information
• Manage listings across multiple selling platforms
• Record sales and calculate profits
• Track business expenses such as entry fees and transport costs
• Export data to Google Sheets (optional)
• Back up photos to Google Drive (optional)

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the App on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Your Account and Data

Local Data Storage

All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of your data
• The security of your device
• The accuracy of information you enter

Google Account Integration

If you choose to connect a Google account for backup and export features:

• You must comply with Google's Terms of Service
• You are responsible for the security of your Google account
• We are not responsible for data stored in your Google Drive

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal inventory and sales tracking. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Oleksandr Prudnikov and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

All data you enter into the App remains your property. We do not claim any ownership of your content.

Financial Disclaimer

Important: FlipperHelper is a tracking and organizational tool only. It is not financial, tax, or legal advice.

• The App's profit calculations are based solely on data you enter and may not reflect your actual financial position
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate records for tax purposes
• You should consult with qualified professionals for financial, tax, or legal advice
• We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information in the App

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Drive: For photo backup and data export. Subject to Google's Terms of Service
• Apple Services: For app distribution, notifications, and device features. Subject to Apple's Terms

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of these third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OLEKSANDR PRUDNIKOV BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oleksandr Prudnikov from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you submit through the App

App Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to:

• Provide any updates or new features
• Maintain backwards compatibility
• Continue operating the App indefinitely

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the latest version of the App for optimal functionality and security.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is harmful to our business interests

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oleksandr Prudnikov regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
